This wonderful large holiday home La Roche, which is perfectly suited for large groups, is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, at 9 km from La Roche-en-Ardenne. The house stands on a hill at 500 meters above sea level. From up here you will enjoy a magnificent view of the valley of the Ourthe. Right on the edge of the village begins the unspoiled nature, and it is quite possible that you will encounter deer on your walks. In the immediate vicinity of your accommodation there are known and cosy towns like La Roche-en-Ardenne, Houffalize, Bastogne and Durbuy, and you are staying at just 30 km from the border with Luxembourg. The holiday house is very spacious; you dispose of a vast 850 sqm living experience, fully equipped with underfloor heating. From the living room and from the recreation room with table tennis and table football, you enjoy a great view of the Ourthe Valley, the outdoor pool and the huge garden (5000 sqm) with seating area. Besides the pool there is a nice terrace in the garden, jeu-de-boules-course and a play area for the little ones. The unique spa building is furnished with great attention to detail and lockable. All facilities are at your exclusive disposal, such as the heated swimming pool, an infrared sauna, a steam bath with shower and a comfortable Jacuzzi. This apartment is well suited for family reunions. To make your stay particularly successful in the holiday house La Roche, The owner will be happy to assist with arranging a catering or organizing sports activities. To guarantee the quality of this accommodation, student parties, stag and hen nights and similar events are not allowed. There are up to four additional persons possible and it will be charged at 30 € per person per stay. You will certainly enjoy your stay and leave reluctantly from the residence La Roche. This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee. Groupes of youngsters under 30 years are not allowed.
