The manor of Lac de Nisramont is located on a plateau near the beautiful Ourthe valley, where you will also find the dam and the reservoir of Nisramont. This hamlet is part of the municipality of La Roche-en-Ardenne, which is known for its castle, the Potteries, the delicious smoked ham and of course because of the variety of sports activities which are possible in this region. This holiday home is an ideal starting point for many outdoor activities and your landlord will be happy to help in the planning and organization of these. The house is situated in a quiet area, about 200 metres from a rarely traveled road, on a plot of approximately 20 acres. Also as a family group, you can have a pleasant stay here, for instance, for an undisturbed family celebration. The kids have plenty of room to play and the property also provides a play tower with rocker and slide. The adults will enjoy relaxing moments on the beautiful terrace and in the evening cosy gatherings in the house. In the basement of the house you will find a wellness area with spa facilities. There are a sauna with plunge pool and a Jacuzzi at your disposal. The house is equipped with a total of 15 showers. Since the kitchen is very comprehensively and professionally equipped, the manor is also perfect for a reception or a wedding. The owner by the way could take care of the catering. The parking lot of the house offers parking spaces for 20 cars. From the terrace and from many rooms you will enjoy beautiful views, and from the observation tower in the garden, with 30 m height, you will experience a unique view of the reservoir of Nisramont. The manor will not be rented to groups of young people or party groups. For security reasons the number of 60 persons can not be exceeded. This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee. Groupes of youngsters under 30 years are not allowed.
