Welcome to this bungalow located almost on the seafront. It is in Plaja de Muro, between Caân Picafort and Port dâAlcúdia. The house offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The hose has 120 m2 and it is perfect for families or little groups of friends, as it has three double rooms. There are two rooms with two single beds each and one room, on the ground floor, with a double bed. All rooms have closet and are very spacious. The house has a bathroom with bathtub recently remodelled and a toilet downstairs. There is no AC in the house but you wonât feel hot as it is by the sea. However, we can provide you with fans on request. In the living room, there is a fire place that you can use during winter months. The bungalow has two floors and the plot is totally private. However, there are neighbours close by, as the house is in a urbanization. One of the rooms on the first floor has a private terrace with sea views. On the 100 m2 terrace downstairs you will be able to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, as it is equipped with table and chairs. In the 25 m2 porch there are four rocking chairs, perfect for a little rest. In the living room, you can relax on the sofas, have a siesta or watch TV. The open kitchen has everything you may need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, gas stove, fridge and a lot more. You will as well find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the hose is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. You can go by foot, with a car or by bus. The bus stop is just 900 meters from the house. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Port dâAlcúdia you will find any kind of service. The beach is just 40 metres from the house. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. Itâs full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, itâs full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia itâs very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Donât forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Pollença is a lovely little town where you will be able to climb the 365 steps to El Calvari and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view to the bay! NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
