This house in Costitx has 150 m2, 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. The house has the traditional 18th century Majorcan architecture, even though it was remodelled in 2000 giving to the structure a better view of the countryside. The environment of this place is calm and quiet. It is perfect to spend your holiday surrounded by nature. This villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, as it has extent outdoors where you can relax and a pool to have a refreshing dive in. The house has WIFI and satellite TV. The open kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday you cook your favourite dishes with fruits and vegetables from the garden, which you can pick whenever you want. In the plot there is a second kitchen with a traditional wood stove and a log fire. You can as well organize a tempting BBQ in the terrace! In the living room you will find a comfy sofa where you can relax watching TV or playing board games. All rooms have AC, are spacious and have views to the patio. One of them is big enough to install a cot. The 150 m2 terrace surrounds the pool and the house. There you will find a table and chairs covered by a vine arbour, where you can organize long summer meals. The salt private pool measures 6.80 x 2.80 meters and it is well lighted so you can use as well at night. Next to the pool you will find 5 sun beds. The whole plot where the house is located has 28000 m2 and the surroundings are perfect to have long strolls. In the plot there is uncovered space for 5 cars and covered parking for 1 car. The house is 1.8 km away from Costitx, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarket, surgery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. If you like astronomy, you will be glad to know that Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca is just 2.2 km from the house. It is possible that you hear some planes sometimes. However, the area is very quiet. The house is located right in the centre of Mallorca so you have easy access everywhere in the island. Palma and Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are just 40 minutes from the house. 30 minutes drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Badia dâAlcúdia: Can Picafort, Port dâAlcúdia, Platja de Muro, etc.
