Wonderful apartment with 65 m2, WIFI and located only 50 m far away from the beach of Cala Millor. Capacity for 4+1 people. Wonderful apartment with 65 m2 located very close to Cala Millor beach. It has capacity for 4 people (+1 extra). The location is very nice, calm and very close to a beautiful sandy beach. This cosy and welcoming apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one of them fitted with a double bed and the other one with a double bunk bed. Underneath the bunk bed there is a truckle single bed where the extra person could sleep. Both bedrooms have views to the street. There is a bathroom with bath which has a hairdryer. The living and dining room are very cosy. The living room are fitted with a sofa and two armchairs while the dining room is furnished with a table and seats where you can enjoy meals. From this room you can access the terrace, a nice place for enjoying the views to the sea and feel the marine breeze. There is a table and seats outside too. The kitchen is fitted with microwave, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, toaster and kettle. The apartment has WIFI and TV. For very hot days there are fans in the bedrooms. There is a parking place in the basement floor of the building. Cala Millor is a residential and touristic area on the east of Majorca which has a great variety of sandy beaches and little coves. In fact, the beach of Sa Caleta, is only 50 metres away from the apartment. From the sea promenade just next to the apartment you can walk along the beach until reaching Cala Bona and see the fishing port. The village of Son Servera is only 3 km far away. You can visit its old town where you will find Majorcan cuisine restaurants. Artà, Capdepera and Portocristo (Hams and Drach caves are worth a visit) are also quite close. Not far from Cala Millor there is a safari and many children playgrounds. If you are looking for nightlife there are many bars and pubs in the area. Cala Ratjada, that is only 15 minutes far away by car, is also very well known for its nightlife scene. Are you a sports lover? If you are a golfer there are many Golf courses over a 20 kilometer radius (Son Servera Golf, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Reserva Rotana Golf). If you like tennis or padel tennis there are several Tennis clubs in the area. If you like cycling there are very nice routes like visiting Artà hermitage, Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
