The space is spread over 2 floors. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, one in the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD.

The area where the property is located is very close to Pollença, one of the loveliest towns in the island. Pollensa is a town in northern Majorca where you can enjoy many services and cultural offerings. It is also nearby Puerto Pollensa and its long sandy beach. It is one of the best areas for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing ... You can also walk along the promenade along the sea, or enjoy in one of the terraces of the many restaurants you can find there. The unspoilt cove Formentor and Cala Sant Vicens are also a must.
