The property has a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool spa and La Palapa bar for poolside snacks and beverages. San Carlos, known as the Jewel of the Sea of Cortez is a seaside oasis cradled in the arms of western Mexico's famed mountain range caressed by the cool gentle breezes from the Gulf of California. The quaint town of San Carlos is beautiful and offers dramatic views of the peaks of "Teta-Kawi" and the Saguaro Cactus as the symbols of this tourist destination. Visitors enjoy the Bay of San Carlos for deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and one of the largest marinas in Mexico. Average annual precipitation is 0.71 inches and the sun shines 86 percent of the year. When checking in picture identification and $100.00 deposit hold via major credit card (cash and debit cards are not accepted) is required at check-in for any incidentals and hold is removed at the time of check-out and inspection of unit. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. The pool renovation is scheduled to begin January 6th and scheduled to re-open Tuesday February 11th. During this time some noise, dust and workers around the pool area, where the outside whirlpool spa is also located, are to be expected. The whirlpool spa, pool bar and restaurant will remain open for the duration of the project.
