The hotel is a few minutes from downtown Merida and 10 Km from the airport. 289 rooms distributed over 17 floors: One Presidential Suite, 3 Executive Suitesm 43 Regency Club King, 23 Regency Club Double, 71 Deluxe King, 148 Deluxe Double. All rooms offer individual air-conditioning, colour TV, mini bar, key card, safety box, telephone line with direct long distance acess and voicemail, alarm clock, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hair dryer, coffee maker, bathrobes, iron and ironing board. The Regency Club Rooms are the rooms suites located between the 15th and 18th floors of the hotel offer a spectacular city view. The exclusive lounge on the 17th floors serves daily Regency Breakfast, featuring a wide variety of juices, fruit, cereals, cols meats, fresh bread, coffee and tea. In the evenings, guest enjoy a delicious selection of cocktails, canapes and drinks. During 2013 our facilities are being refurbished. Starting on August 26th, lobby areas, Amuza restaurant and the pool will be open. Furthermore, the Regency meeting rooms and Peregrina restaurant will be closed from September to November.
