For if it is requested the cancellation of any booking and this was made up to 21 days before your arrival date, this will get 100% refund of payment. 3. For if it is requested the cancellation of any booking and this was done in a period less than 21 days prior to the date of arrival, it will be penalized with 50% of the total amount already paid and the remaining 50% will be refunded. 4. For if it is requested the cancellation of any reservation in a time period less than 7 days before the date of arrival, it will be penalized 100% of the amount previously paid. 5. In the case of a cancellation within 48 hrs prior to arrival day or No show, this will incur a penalty of the total cost of booking. Exception: In the case of points 2 and 3, and providing the reason for cancellation (The hotel reserves the decision to apply in each case) the reservation may be rescheduled for a later date subject to availability and current rate paying an additional penalty equal to 25%.
