Madhiriguraidhoo is the name of the wonderful island which lodges Palm Beach Resort, a structure designed with taste and realised with a full respect of the nature. A place for the experts, reserved for who prefers the enchantments built with patience by the nature in millions of years than the artificial enchantments of the conventional villages. The island of Madhiriguraidhoo located in Lhaviyani Atoll is one of the biggest island in Maldives, long almost 2 km and wide 400 meters. The 4km of white sand beach which surround the island are really exceptional, accompanied by a luxuriant vegetation. On the north tip of the island, a spectacular sandbank lengthening towards the sea allows you the enjoy the sunset. Around the island there is a huge lagoon, and the level of the water is lower on the east side. Near to the external side of the atoll, Palm Beach Resort has a reef reachable by swimming from the east side beaches, but the area offers better snorkelling points, and some free snorkelling trips are organised. The island is reachable by seaplane in around 40 minutes through the north. "Seaplane Transfers Notice To reach the resort, a shared seaplane transfer is required for which a surcharge will be added to the total cost of your booking. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 4 days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that upon receipt of your the resort will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel's airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall. To secure your seat for the return transfers, it is required that you book at least 3 days in advance. The hotel cannot guarantee your transfers for bookings received on same day or within 3 days of arrival. Seaplane transfers only fly in daylight hours. If your international flight arrives BEFORE 3pm, a transfer to the hotel will be arranged on the same day. If your international flight arrives AFTER 3pm, you will need to make arrangements to stay in Male' overnight. If your international flight departs from Male' BEFORE 9am, you may have to check-out a day prior and stay overnight close to the airport to catch your onward flight. The cost per person is 600,00 USD round trip, children up to 2 years old are free of charge sharing seat with parents; up to 11 years 50% discount Please inform right the way our Reservation Department about your international flight details in order to book the sea plane transfer." also please look to our Children policy as follows: "Children from 12 years old are charged the adult rate.
