This small newly-built apartment complex is situated on the road to Porto Azzurro, just a few kilometers away from the capital, Portoferraio.

The accommodation occupies an excellent location, on a breezy hilltop 2 km from the sea, far from traffic-filled roads and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the magnificent 9-hole Acquabona golf course (with putting green; Guests of the residence will receive discounts here). The complex features 30 apartments of different types: two-room or three-room apartments, all tastefully decorated. Guests of the hotel have access to a swimming pool with poolside bar. It is also possible to use the WI-FI Internet throughout the complex. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols. At the reception you can arrange all sorts of excursions to explore the island. Furthermore there is an elegant bar here, where you can have breakfast or a drink on the rooftop terrace, or watch television or surf the Internet for free. The complex has its own private parking. Just 3 kilometers from the complex lies the beautiful beach of Capoliveri where there is a lido with a special agreement so guests receive access at a reduced rate.
