This farmhouse with swimming pool is completely renovated in 2006, it contains 5 apartments. We have 4 apartments for letting out, the apartments are almost the same and there are small differences. The farmhouse is ideal situated, quietly but yet close to famous cities as Florence, Lucca, Bologna, Ravenna and San Marino. All apartments are decorated in the same atmosphere/style, each apartment has a cosy living cum dining room with an open fireplace and satellite television. De kitchen is fitted with a gas-cooker, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a fitted washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. From June 2013 there will be internet available in the accommodation. Interior Fico (72 m2) Situated on the ground floor, spacious living cum dining room with a kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (can be put together). From the living room you have a beautiful view over the valley. This apartment thanks her name to the large fig tree which gives sweet fruits in September. This apartment is suitable for disabled people. Glicine (67 m2) Via a small staircase you reach the communal veranda and excess to the apartment. This might be the most characteristic apartment of the house. Situated on several floors. Via a small staircase you enter the living cum dining room with a kitchen. When you go down via a small staircase you find a bedroom with a single bed, under the leads you have the disposal of a sofa bed for one person. Via the bedroom you reach the second bedroom with a double bed. Gelso (68 m2) This apartment is on the ground floor. In the spacious living cum dining room with a kitchen you find the large original open fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds (can be put together). Noce (70 m2) Via a small staircase you reach the communal veranda and excess to the apartment. Lying on the first floor Il Noce has a warm atmosphere. The living cum dining room with a kitchen has a nice dining table and a cosy sitting area in front of the open fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (can be put together). What makes this apartment different than the other apartments is the sloping roof with a wooden beam ceiling. Exterior In the garden you can sit outside under the centuries old trees. There are large stone barbecues available. You have the disposal of an original woodstove, play yard with a swing, sandpit and a ping pong table. The children will love it here. On the estate itself there is a swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters. The swimming pool is open from May 15 till September 15. On the estate you can go horseback riding, archery, mountain biking. This area is very suitable to make biking trips or walking trips. It is also possible to make accompanied hiking trips (on payment). In reach of 25 kilometres you find two national parks; Parco Nazionale Foreste Casentinesi and the Parco Naturale Carnè. Through the valley goes a river where you can take a swim on certain places. On walking distance you find a small bakery and a small supermarket. The small city Marradi lies at 3 kilometres distance, here you find shops, bank, restaurants and bars.
