La Residenza is located in Sardinia, one of the best places in the Mediterranean.
It is a tourist complex consisting of four buildings (Eucalipti, Bouganvillea, Gardenia, La villetta) overlooking the white and sandy beaches of the island. The location offers a view of the gulf of the Catalan city.

The building (Eucalipti) is located 150 meters from the beach of the Lido of Alghero. The building has three floors and includes 41 fully furnished apartments. There are three different types of apartments, for 4, 6 and 8 people, all equipped with heating / air conditioning (extra charge), safe and satellite TV.
La Residenza has a private car park (on request / extra charge) and a swimming pool with children's section, at guest's disposal. The swimming pool is open from 01/04/2015 to 31/10/2015. 300 meters away, at the Residence Bouganvillae, guests will have a laundromat at their disposal. 
The nearest city, Alghero, famous tourist destination known for its beautiful Riviera del Corallo with white beaches and crystal clear sea, is located about 1800 m away and is served by a bus every 30 minutes.
