Next door to Anne's Cottage is the Pancake Cottage for your favourite pancake. Environment Approx. 20 minutes. drive from the bustling, historical town of Kenmare, with plenty shops and excellent pubs and restaurants for music, dancing and dining out. Touring the famous Ring of Kerry with access to beautiful sea and mountain scenery and its abounds with historical and archaeological sites. Only 30 min. drive from Killarney National Park with 10.000 ha. of woodland and magical mountains with spectacular views. Killarney is famous to tour with horses and trap along the Lakes of Killarney and through the Black Valley. For those interested Kenmare has two golf courses and for those like hiking there are five exhilarating hikes on the Wild Atlantic Way, enjoy here the beauty too. Only 6 km. away at Moll's Cap is Kissane Sheepfarm where it is possible to adopt a sheep. At Kenmare Pier there is Seafari Eco-Nature & Seal Watching Cruises and just outside Kenmare (direction Castletownbere) is a Sailing Centre which offers many possibilities as fishing trips, boating, sailing, canoeing etc. Note Arrival day: every arrival day possible.
