The bungalow is in a quiet area only a stone's throw from the dunes and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The garden also has a lot to offer in the way of a number of places to sit and enjoy the sun, there is also a covered patio and statues in the garden give it a special atmosphere. There are two summerhouses in the garden. One house has private spa facilities such as a sauna, sun bed and gym equipment. You will be surprised how much room there is in this bungalow. There is a lovely, open plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully fitted open kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, and another somewhat dated bathroom with a bath. The visitor centre, De Helderse Vallei, is a stone's throw away from the house; it is an access point to the recreational area of Mariëndal. Here, as well as canoeing facilities, there are a large variety of walking, cycling and bridle paths and a large belvedere.
