Argelès sur Mer, situated in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the southern-most part of France, lies on the threshold of Catalonia and Spain and offers 7 km of sandy beaches and 2 km of rocky coastline. This seaside resort is a combination of sun, sea, mountains, Catalan traditions, gastronomy, viticulture and a great quality of life.
The lovely holiday residence lies at the foot of the Albères mountain range, right next to the Pyrenees, 4 km from the village of Argelès and its beaches, in the heart of a 10-hectare wooded park. Facilities of the residence include a non-heated, outdoor swimming pool (open from April to September, depending on weather conditions), mini-golf, ping pong, football pitch, sports ground, tennis courts and a playground for children.
A little (free) train runs to the centre of Argelès and the beaches from mid-April to mid-September (remember to bring a passport photo for your id card).
