Over Am Walde,

Am Walde is a detached holiday home on the edge of Winterberg in Sauerland. From here you can walk straight into the woodland and the first ski piste is about 2 kilometres from the holiday home. The holiday home comes with a covered terrace with a barbecue. Children can have a wonderful time playing in the large garden of Am Walde. From the authentic hallway you walk straight into the welcoming living room with spacious dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are three large bedrooms in Am Walde, one of which you have to walk through to access another. Finally you will have two comfortable bathrooms at your disposal. Winterberg is the winter-sport resort in Sauerland with a total of 40 km of ski pistes. The centre of Winterberg is excellent for shopping and you can enjoy the many restaurants and welcoming pavement cafes. There are also many possibilities for cycling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and walking. For example, the well-known walking route of “Rothaarsteig” goes straight through Winterberg. In addition, the “Kahler Asten” is surrounded by a beautiful cross-country skiing area with 120km of ski runs. There are also plenty activities for children: for example a visit to the adventure park of Fort Fun (25 km) or having fun on the summer toboggan runs and many great mini-golf courses. For the golf enthusiast there is a wonderful 9-hole golf course in Winterberg. Important information Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition than a family group. This is why groups can only be allowed after approval of the owner and a higher deposit.
