The bungalow park Blauvogel is situated at an altitude of 500 m at the edge of the charming village of Hasselfelde in the heart of the Harz Mountains. This relatively small scale holiday park (60 houses) is located at just a few kilometres from the Rappbode reservoir (where you can practice abseiling), at 16 kilometres to the southwest of Blankenburg and at 21 kilometres to the east of Braunlage. Take a nice ride with the historical steam train to the summit of the 'Brocken', the highest mountain of the Harz Mountains. Explore the beautiful surroundings by bike or visit cultural towns such as Quedlinburg and Wernigerode, which are both about 30 km away from your holiday home. Less than 200 metres from the park there is the beautiful 'Waldseebad', a natural swimming bath which is fed with real spring water. With the kids you can spend a day in the fun park and western town of Pullman City, enjoy yourselves in the climbing forest, or just stay in the park, where there is a new soccer field and playground. In addition, the park offers spa facilities and a restaurant. You are staying in one of the luxurious semi-detached wooden houses, which are equipped with comfortable and high quality furniture. The interior of the houses varies as they belong to different owners. However, most homes dispose of a microwave and a dishwasher. The holiday park is a traffic-calmed park (only loading and unloading are allowed). The bungalow Blauvogel, a quiet location on the edge of a forest, is also a wonderful accommodation for a winter holiday. Cross country ski trails are just outside your door step and about 100 metres away is a sledding hill.
