This detached holiday home is located in a quiet village in the hilly environment around ZlÃn. The house and garden have a total surface area of 800m2. The entire ground floor and garden are reserved for guests' use. The thing that catches your eye immediately about the house is the pool (7.5 x 3.5 x 1.2). The water is heated and at night the pool is enclosed by a roof so it doesn't cool down much. In the garden there is also a cosy little place to sit, under an overhang, around the fireplace which is ideal for grilling (Firewood is included in the price). There is even a Russian cone game that you can learn to play within a minute. The apartment has a bathroom and separate toiled, a large living room/kitchen area, a bedroom/living room, a normal bedroom and a separate living room. The owners use the first floor to tend to the maintenance of the house and garden. The house has space to park three cars (within the fence).
