The villa, which is also known as 'the small castle', was renewed in 2003. It contains 6 apartments plus 2 studios and is surrounded by a park-like garden of more than 3000 m2. Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a nice refreshing cold beer, play badminton or jump on a trampoline. In the house the atmosphere is accentuated by the Serre (greenhouse) with its plants and the large hall where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a beer, glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage in the evening (for a low Czech price). The owner will gladly provide you with information on trips available in the vicinity or can help you with a reservation at a restaurant. Extensive shopping facilities can be found in the town of Trutnov. There is sufficient parking at the house, on private property. As there are several apartments in the Villa, it is possible to book multiple accommodations for larger groups.
