Villa Nona Nina is a newly built holiday house located on the edge of the village Srbinjak in central Istria, about 19 km from Porec and the beaches away. The house is situated on its own partly enclosed garden of 2000 m2 which is partly covered with oak wood where the children can play carefree. The villa offers the following outdoor facilities: swimming pool of 32 m2, outdoor shower, barbecue, covered terrace of 30 m2 with table and chairs for dining outside for 10 persons and three parking spaces. Holiday home for 8 persons with a total living area of 140 m2 on two floors. At the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting set and satellite TV, one bedroom with double bed and balcony, one bedroom with two separate beds and one bath/toilette. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed from which one with panoramic sea view, one shower/toilet and one separate toilet.
