Over Villa Mara,

Villa Mara is a newly built rustic villa of the new generation located on higher position with beautiful panoramic view on the edge of the village Perini near the picturesque medieval town Sveti Lovrec. The Villa is built in 2015 enriched with stone and natural materials and situated on its own enclosed plot of 1.100 m2 with well maintained lawn which offers the guest an outdoor pool of 40 m2 with a waterfall, covered terrace with barbecue and big table for dining outside, sun loungers, outdoor shower and several parking spaces. Villa Mara has a capacity for 6-8 persons, is fully air-conditioned and with a total living area of 180 m2 on two floors and 30 m2 of covered terraces.
