Over Casa Atilio & Ana,

Casa Atilio and Ana is an old istrian stone house located in the small village of Smolici, about 19 km from Porec and the beaches. The house was built in 1919 and renovated 2011 in original Style. Situated on a property of about 1000 m2, it offers its guests the following outdoor facilities: swimming pool of 24 m2, terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue fireplace. Property owner lives in the other part of the house. Holiday home for 8 persons on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and equipped kitchen with dining table. On the first floor which consists of two separate parts there are four bedrooms. The first part has two bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a double bed, bath/toilet. The second part has also two bedrooms, both with double bed and a shower/toilet in the hall.
