Villa Evita is a lovely, modern furnished holiday house (semi detached house) located in the quarter Kukci, about 3 km from the sea and 4 km from Porec. The house was built in 2006 and in 2015 finished and equipped with quality furniture. Situated on enclosed property of 300 m2 the villa offers to the guests the following outdoor facilities: 4 sun chairs, well maintained lawn, barbecue fireplace, dining table with chairs for outdoor dining, spacious terrace with sitting set on the first floor of the house and several parking spaces. NEW IN 2016: swimming pool of 30 m2 Villa Evita is a holiday home with a total living area of 185 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors.
