Over Villa Marten,

Villa Marten is a rural villa inspired by the mix of tradition and modern times, located in the isolated area next to the village Brajkovici, only 4km from the sea in the Lim Fjord and 12 km from the picturesque Rovinj. In the newly built villa are harmoniously composed the elements of the old house that was built there before with the elements of modern architecture integrated so that it is liked by the young but also by the older generation. The villa is situated on fenced plot of 5000 m2 with sport field for soccer with small goals, badminton and volleyball net, aroma garden, fruit trees, green forest and three parking lots, the house has also two covered terraces, dining table and an unusual stone barbecue, relax area and a large terrace with hot tub and sitting set. It is important to emphasize that the house was built so that it takes advantage of the renewable energy sources. Holiday house for 6-8 persons with a total living area of 170 m2 on two floors.
