Please note if you need to arrive early, contact the hotel directly for check in. The swimming pool is open ONLY in SUMMER SEASON. The hotel offers SAUNA and GYM with an extra fee and reservations in advance. Note: According by Chilean law SMOKING is forbidden in the property. NOTE: Be advised that our personnel will be able to greet you at the property but your check in will take place at our office located half block from the hotel building. Non-Chilean residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Non residents will be asked for a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card ("Tarjeta de Turismo") upon arrival. Chilean residents are subject to VAT; a 19% tax will be added to the room rate upon check out.
