Over Villa Hommelhove

The holiday home Villa Hommelhove is located near the small town of Poperinge in the Westhoek region at 13 km to the west of Ieper and at only 7 km from the Belgian-French border. This region is particularly known for cycling to the Kemmelberg. But the Hoppeland cycle route and the Poperinge mountain bike trails can also be found here. Excursions for children are recommended to Bellewaerde in Ieper and to Plopsaland in De Panne. The beaches of De Panne can be reached in just half an hour's drive. For ski enthusiasts, the Ice Mountain ski hall in Komen is perfect, with a total of 10,000 m2 of ski slope, open all year round. Hiking opportunities can be found in Galgebos, Palingbeek and Helleketelbos and trips to the art towns of Bruges and Lille (Rijssel) add some variety to your stay. Of course, you can just as well stay in your holiday home, or spend a leisurely day in the garden. The spa area with sauna and Jacuzzi offer pure relaxation not only for the adults and the kids can also enjoy themselves outside and in the play room. For babies there is a changing table and you dispose of a bottle warmer, 3 cots, a baby bath and toys. There is free internet and digital TV. The house is located on an arterial road of Poperinge and is easily accessible. The garden is fully fenced so that the children can play safely outside. The villa Hommelhoeve is a perfect place for a family holiday. Unfortunately options cannot be placed on this house which is mainly intended for family groups. However, non-family groups may be accepted with the consent of the owner, and possibly with an additional deposit. Groups of persons under 30 years are strictly not permitted.
