Over Morice

The holiday home Morice stands on a hillside in a residential area near Durbuy, from where you enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding rolling countryside. Durbuy, the smallest town in the world is 12 km away, Rochefort 20 km and Dinant 40 km. In this region there is really a lot to do: kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding and visiting the many famous attractions such as the caves of Han, Rochefort and Hotton, the citadels of Dinant and Namur, the ruins of La Roche, the Hare Krishna Palace in Durbuy, the brewery of Maredsous and the gardens of Annevoie. For families, the Chevetogne recreation area is an absolute paradise. There are no fewer than 12 playgrounds, rowing on the small lakes, lawns for sunbathing, 3 swimming pools and a petting zoo. All of this is found in your vicinity, and yet your accommodation is located in an especially quiet area. There are a few other houses in the neighbourhood, but the plots are so large that you can hardly speak of direct neighbours. In the village you can buy organic produce directly from the farmers and you can have a go at farm golf, a funny Flemish variation of the normal game of golf. The house has recently been completed and is equipped with all comforts. From the large living / dining area on the ground floor you enter a spacious sunny terrace. Also located on this floor are a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, all of which are equipped with two box springs that form a double bed but that can also turned into twin beds if necessary. In the basement there is a garage and a games room with table football, pool table and a TV with X-Box. From there you have access to the fenced garden via a second, covered terrace. The house Morice is a wonderful accommodation for a holiday with several families.
