Asclepios Wellness and Healing Retreat is located in El Cacao de Alajuela, skirting the Poas Volcano, Asclepios, (honoring the Greek God of Health) offers its guests 12 rooms which evoke the most important medical traditions of the world, together with a regulated ionized swimming pool, amphitheatre, fitness center, yoga and meditation pavilion, floatation camera, sauna, Hammam, Vichy and Scottish showers, 4 treatment lodges, a relaxation room and an organic Restaurant. Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat has 12 elegantly decorated deluxe rooms, referring to the deity or concept under which they were created. Equipped to provide comfort, harmony and relaxation to its guests with a maximum capacity of 2 people per room. Due to its location on the slopes of Pos Volcano, all deluxe rooms have a majestic view of the mountains in the area. Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat is committed to help to preserve natural resources; therefore all deluxe rooms are equipped with fans, no air condition available. Two of the rooms offer a queen size bed and remaining nine; have twin beds with no bathtub. All rooms have hair dryer and amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. Rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes. Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat has a luxurious spa, with 5 spa service rooms, for massages, treatments and rituals ancestral, to improve physic well-being of its guests as well spirit and mind. Also among the spa facilities, guests will enjoy the benefits of a relaxation room, Jacuzzi, sauna, yoga classes and genuine Arab Hammam to ensure a complete spa experience. THE SPA It has an ionized pool, and a fully equipped gym for use by guests.
