Welcome to Seagull's Bay Village Hotel in Kos island. y Our village's name is "SEAGULLS BAY". The name was inspired by our beach which is embraced by seashell rocks and serves as a shelter for seagulls. The village is located about 4 km from Mastichari, 4 km from Antimachia, 5 km from the airport and 26 km from the town of Kos and 500m from the beach Our settlement is built on hillsides and the building structures stand on seven asymmetrical levels staring at the Aegean Sea. Our wish to offer a different holiday option, something that would stand apart from the standardized large tourist units, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry: A real village spread over an area of 20.000 square meters of enchanting natural environment free of any essential intervention in Mastichari of KOS island. Garden and or sea view y The Maisonettes are occupying the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house. Access between the floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each maisonette has the ability to accommodate 2 5 persons, in two main bedrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor of each building, with separate Bathrooms with bath tub , hairdryer,Open plan living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, remote control air conditioning, TV, balcony with table and chairs.
